From child entrepreneur to community changemaker—meet the 21-year-old visionary reshaping what it means to create with purpose.
By Nadia Drew, Host of “Drew Me In”
In this episode of Drew Me In, I sat down with Olu Dixon, a remarkable 21-year-old entrepreneur whose journey began at just 10 years old with Olu Productions. Today, he owns a thriving youth-centered retail and event space called It's Never 2 Early 2 Create & Innovate (N2E).
Community at the Core
One of the biggest takeaways from the interview was how much Olu values the role of community in his journey. He talked about how N2E Plaza started as a blank canvas, and how much it’s grown thanks to the people around him. That support not only helped build his shop — it shaped his purpose.
"Having the community help me build this space made me want to give back. It’s kind of like a law of the universe — when you put out good energy, you get it back."
— Olu Dixon
N2E Plaza is more than just a youth business storefront, just like the William Grose Center , it’s a creative hub where young people are empowered to express themselves, build skills, and feel supported by their community. Olu’s story is a reminder that when we’re uplifted by others, it inspires us to do the same and create spaces where the next generation can thrive.
About "Drew Me In"

Nadia's internship at the William Grose Center is made possible through our partnership with NGLU (Next Generation Level Up), which connects students with organizations where they can explore their interests and develop professionally. Through this collaboration, Nadia has been able to dive into her passions for marketing and storytelling while contributing meaningful content to our community.
