This spring break, bring your ideas to life in "Minecrafting the Future of Judkins Park!" Participants will design their vision for the park using Minecraft and advanced tools, all while developing teamwork and presentation skills to showcase their ideas!

Join us for an immersive, hands-on design experience where Minecraft meets real-world impact! The Minecrafting Judkins Park program invites youth to become Virtuous Future Designers (VFDs) and reimagine the future of Judkins Park using Minecraft Education and cutting-edge digital tools.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Conduct site surveys and gather community input to inspire designs. ✔ Use Minecraft and 3D modeling tools to create interactive park proposals. ✔ Engage in design review sessions with architects and city planners. ✔ Earn digital badges recognizing your design and collaboration skills.

Daily Schedule:

10:00 – 10:45 AM: Skill Training (Minecraft tools, coding, 3D modeling)🕚 10:45 – 11:30 AM: Park Visits & Observational Research🕦 11:30 – 12:30 PM: Open Choice Project Work🍽 12:30 – 1:15 PM: Lunch & Reflection🎨 1:15 – 2:00 PM: Special Topics Workshops (History, Community Design, Environmental Storytelling)

Who Can Join?

Youth interested in gaming, design, technology, storytelling, and community activism. No prior experience necessary—just bring your creativity and passion for making a difference!
